Call Out Charges

Charges below are all based on normal business hours Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Minimum 1 hour charge applies per visit.

Plumbing & Repairs Services

£70.00 per hour
Standard charge for plumbing repairs.

Gas Safety / Landlord Certificate

£70.00
Based on testing 3 domestic appliances, any further testing would be charged at £25.00 per appliance.

Heating & Gas Services

£70.00 per hour
Standard charge for boiler fault diagnosis and repairs, and gas leak repairs.

Gas Boiler Service

£70.00
Does not cover any additional work or repairs that may be required, these would be quoted for by the engineer and would be charged at the standard applicable hourly rate on top of the original charge.

Out of Hours

Charges below are all based on normal business hours Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Mon-Fri / 5pm-10pm

Plumbing, heating and gas charges for repairs during these times £100.00 per hour.

Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays

Charged as previous, £100.00 per hour and between 8am and 10pm.

Emergency Call Outs

Standard charge for all call outs between the hours of 10pm – 8am Monday to Sunday is £150.00 per hour (1 hour min charge applies). This service is only offered for emergency work, we will aim to be with you in under 2 hours from receiving your call. This service only provides a basic make safe or repair if possible.

All Call Outs

All call outs will incur a minimum 1 hour charge. Time spent at site will be charged in 30 minute increments thereafter.

For larger jobs such as upgrades or installations, a written quote would be provided.
